1. Who we are and the short version

thearktech.in is operated by TheArkTech, a private limited company registered in India, with its registered office at No. 5, Manikandan Nagar, Thelungupalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, 641039 India . We are the data fiduciary for the information described below.

The site itself is static. It has no user accounts, does not set tracking cookies of its own, and does not store your data on our servers when you browse it. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us when you contact us.

2. What we collect and why

When you reach out through the contact options on this site — WhatsApp, email, or phone — we receive the details you include, typically your name, contact information, and a description of your project. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and deliver services you engage us for. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

3. WhatsApp and email

Our contact and booking buttons open WhatsApp (or your email app) with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent until you press send in that app. Conversations held on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy; email is handled by your and our email providers.

4. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and project correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time (see Contact below), unless we are required to retain it.

5. Third-party links

Our portfolio links to client websites and our pages may link to external services. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We comply with applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
